Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of UML and BPMN analysis techniques.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or public sector environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate needs into detailed functional specifications or user stories.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops for requirement-gathering sessions.
• Support testing phase and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create clear documentation including process flows and business rules.
