Job summary

Inetum Belgium seeks an experienced Business Analyst to turn complex business needs into practical IT solutions. You will map processes, gather requirements as user stories, and act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams.

With at least five years in process modelling or functional analysis, you will assess feasibility, document requirements, and support application delivery across the project lifecycle. Fluency in Dutch and good knowledge of French are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process modelling and/or functional and data analysis.
• Experience gathering and translating high-level business requirements.
• Understanding IT environments and the interaction between business and technology.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• Structured working style with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate ideas confidently.
• Fluency in Dutch and good working knowledge of French.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map business and IT processes within the client's organization.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess potential solutions and their impact.
• Gather, challenge, and document business requirements as user stories and business use cases.
• Act as a link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are understood and translated into solutions.
