What you will do

You will work within a team focused on intelligence and innovation, acting as the bridge between business needs, data and reporting. Your role centres on analysing information requirements, mapping processes and requirements, and translating these into concrete KPIs and reporting solutions.

You will facilitate workshops with stakeholders, support the functional design of dashboards and identify opportunities to optimise data-related processes. You will also support alignment between business and IT and guide the implementation and adoption of new processes and solutions. The focus is on delivering usable, data-driven insights that support the organisation's operations and decision-making.

What we are looking for

Essential experience and skills:

• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in complex organisations
• At least 5 years of experience in general business operations with application in the ICT field
• Proven experience analysing and translating business needs into concrete requirements
• Experience with KPI definition and reporting needs
• Experience with business process development and optimisation (BPM)
• Experience with Power BI and data visualisation
• Experience with process analysis and optimisation
• Experience with stakeholder management and facilitating workshops
• Fluency in Dutch at CEFR level C2

Valuable additional experience:

• Experience with change management and implementing new ways of working
• Experience with data-related transformation or migration projects
• Experience defining roles, responsibilities and processes within a new operating model
• Experience with the functional design of dashboards and reporting solutions
• Experience with project management and monitoring planning, objectives and results
• Knowledge and experience of various project management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates)

The setting

This assignment runs until the end of December 2027, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement. The start date is early November 2026. Hybrid working is possible. You will be based in the Antwerp region.

You will need to sign an IT code of conduct and a non-disclosure agreement.
