HumanInTech is seeking an experienced business analyst to bridge business needs, data and reporting. You will translate information requirements into KPIs and concrete dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders and IT to implement data-driven solutions.

The role focuses on delivering actionable insights to support operations and decision-making, with hybrid work options in the Antwerp region and a start date in November 2026.

• 5+ years as a business analyst in complex organisations.
• 5+ years in general business operations with ICT relevance.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into concrete requirements.
• Experience defining KPIs and reporting needs.
• Experience with business process development and optimisation.
