Salt Digital Recruitment supports a Financial Services client in hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join the Local Access Management (LAM) team within the IDAM Tribe and CISO Division. The role emphasizes scope definition, Mainframe LAM guidance, and TO/M migration approach analysis.

Location options include Brussels, Paris, or Amsterdam with in-office presence eight days per month. Contract duration is six months, with rates varying by experience and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Identity Management including access provisioning, RBAC, JML activities, ServiceNow integrations, and SAML/OAuth standards.
• Experience onboarding applications in an IAM tool.
• LAM for Mainframe applications and security sub-systems data models.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as Senior Business Analyst.

I'm supporting my Financial Services client, who are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join their Local Access Management (LAM) Team as part of the wider Identity and Access Management ("IDAM") Tribe, and Cyber Information Security Office ("CISO") Division.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Lead in Scope definition by understanding the overall objective and constraints in the field of Identity and Access Management.
• Provide guidance on Mainframe LAM processes, data and roles.
• Analysis of Target Operating Model and implementation / migration approach.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Identity Management including: access (de)provisioning, role-based access control, joiner/mover/leaver ("JML") activities, ServiceNow integrations, knowledge of access control models and policies, security protocols and standards such as SAML, Oauth.
• Experience of onboarding applications in an IAM tool.
• Experience of LAM for Mainframe applications and security sub-system data models.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as Senior Business Analyst.

Location: Can be based out of Brussels, Paris, or Amsterdam - required in your chosen office 8 days a month.

Duration: 6 month contract.
