Nexeo is seeking an IAM Business Model Manager to evolve Identity & Access Management across a major financial institution. You will bridge Business, Security and IT to translate requirements into robust IAM frameworks and security models.

The role offers a hybrid working model within an international environment and strategic oversight at the intersection of Business, Security and IT.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with IT/business focus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT and business environments.
• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management and information security domains.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments involving Business, IT and Security teams.
• Banking or financial services experience is considered a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve the IAM Business Modelling process.
• Translate business requirements into security models, access governance frameworks and IAM policies.
• Ensure proper implementation of information security standards and access management principles.
• Support Business Security Officers and stakeholders on IAM-related activities and governance topics.
• Provide guidance on IAM architecture and security model implementation.
• Adapt and evolve IAM models based on business, operational, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance and IT teams to improve access management processes and controls.
• Deliver training, support and awareness activities to the security community.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on access governance, process efficiency and security quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal security standards, policies and service level agreements.

? Nexeo is looking for an IAM Business Model Manager

To support the continuous evolution of Identity & Access Management (IAM) services within a major financial institution, we are looking for an experienced IAM Business Model Manager.

You will join a strategic Access Management department responsible for defining, maintaining and improving access governance, security models and identity management processes across the organization. In this role, you will act as the bridge between Business, Security and IT teams, ensuring that business requirements are properly translated into robust IAM frameworks and security models.

Your role

Your profile
