Job summary

Huxley is supporting a major Belgian public sector organisation in Brussels with a Hybrid freelance Business Analyst role focused on optimizing large-scale digital systems for monitoring, data processing and operational decision-making.

You will analyse current processes, gather requirements, define future-state processes and produce functional and technical documentation, collaborating with project managers, architects and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex IT environments.
• Strong skills in business analysis, process mapping and requirements management.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in public sector environments is an asset.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar tools.
