Koda Tech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major Belgian financial services project focusing on real estate and property data across the lending lifecycle. The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major organisation within the Belgian financial services sector.

You will support a project focused on improving and potentially rebuilding an application used to manage real estate and property data across the lending lifecycle. This includes data relating to properties being financed or used as collateral.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to assess the current solution, define future requirements, and help shape an improved data platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyse existing applications, processes and data flows to identify improvements.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs and technical teams.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Support the redesign, modernisation or potential rebuild of the existing application.
• Analyse how property data is captured, validated, maintained and used within financing and collateral processes.
• Work closely with Product Owners, architects, developers and testers throughout delivery.
• Support data quality, migration, integration and reconciliation activities.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, refinement, testing and delivery planning.

Your Profile:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Excellent requirements gathering and functional analysis skills.
• Experience with application transformation, modernisation, replacement or rebuild projects.
• Comfortable analysing complex data, business rules, integrations and end-to-end processes.
• Experience within lending, mortgages, credit, collateral, real estate or property data is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.

Languages:

• Dutch and/or French is required.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
