ATS4IT in Brussels is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and act as a key link between stakeholders and delivery teams. You will help drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure solutions deliver real business value.

Fluency in English is required, with French or Dutch a plus. EU citizen eligibility applies due to project security requirements.

Senior Business Analyst

Location: Brussels

Languages: Fluent English (French or Dutch is a plus)

About The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and act as a key link between stakeholders and delivery teams. You will help drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure solutions deliver real business value.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency with BPMN for business process modeling.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based environments.
• Experience creating UML diagrams, ER diagrams, and other functional/technical documentation.
• Ability to design UI mockups and collaborate with UX/UI teams.
• Hands-on experience with Camunda for workflow and process automation.
• Proficiency with:
• Microsoft Visio
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Word
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of process automation and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in enterprise or public-sector environments.
