Senior Bid Manager – Tubize Site
Location: Tubize, Belgium

The group employs more than 1,000 people across nine sites in Belgium and is recognised for its expertise in RF products, C4ISR, cryptography, aeronautical intercom systems, and more.
Your mission
- Lead the bid, following the internal process.
- Analyse the bid, prepare the Bid Plan and implement it.
- Provide the best winning response to the customer requirements, consistent with the business segment strategy.
- Contribute to negotiations with customers, main partners and suppliers.
- Build, challenge and validate bid contents based on stakeholders’ inputs and commitments.
- Assess risks and opportunities of the future project and define mitigation or accounting approaches.
- Be accountable for bid pricing and costs to secure the deal.
- Define the initial project baseline, major milestones, consolidate costs and other financial parameters, and validate the full project baseline.
- Manage a network of partners, contribute to market intelligence and maintain customer request database.
- Ensure successful transition to the project team: prepare, organise and validate the project launch.

- Educational background: Civil or industrial engineering, Business School Master Degree, MBA or equivalent by experience.
- Languages: French, Dutch and English (professional use required for the 3 languages).
