Thales is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Tubize, Belgium, to lead and ensure the success of contract deliveries. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships and ensure compliance with technical, industrial, financial, and time constraints.

Qualified candidates should have over 10 years of experience in delivery management in high-tech environments, strong soft skills, and proficiency in French and/or Dutch, along with fluent English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in delivery & operation management for large programs in a high-tech and complex environment.
• Experience in hardware and software development projects is a strong asset.
• Very good relationship and soft skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and are accountable for contract deliveries to reach customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer relationship and ensure objectives are met.
• Ensure realization and optimization of the contractual requirements.
• Supervise and coach internal and external stakeholders.
• Model, follow and improve financial results on the program.
