A leading technology firm in Tubize is seeking an experienced PMO for the Portfolio of Projects role. The ideal candidate will facilitate project governance, financial management, and risk management in a dynamic environment. Fluent English is required; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus. Candidates should have at least 10 years’ experience in PMO positions, with excellent skills in project management software. Flexible work options are available, supporting a modern work-life balance.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in a PM or PMO position.
• Good knowledge of project management tools.
• Solid experience in risk management and project scheduling.
• Strong risk management, planning, scheduling, and financial monitoring.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
• Hybrid work arrangement with up to 2 days from home.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain project governance structure.
• Assist project manager(s) in planning and execution.
• Consolidate risks and mitigation plans through Risk register.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management – facilitate lessons learned and stakeholder workshops.
• Financial Management – assist in budget preparation and project financial monitoring.

Role Overview

PMO - Portfolio of Projects – at the Tubize site. You will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

Your mission: Stakeholder Engagement, Training and Support

• Project Governance – Establish and maintain project governance structure, ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards, facilitate project steering committee meetings and document outcomes.
• Project Coordination – Assist project manager(s) in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects; challenge PM’s planning and resource allocation; track project deliverables and milestones; alert on impacting deviations; monitor project log (actions, decisions).
• Risk Management – Consolidate risks and mitigation plan through Risk register; monitor risk management activities across project(s) and report findings; animate risk sessions review; assist on risk scenarisation in Schedule plan.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management – Facilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned sessions; facilitate internal stakeholder workshops and feedback sessions.
• Financial Management – Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for the project(s); provide onboarding, training and support to project teams on PMO processes and tools.
• Tool Management – Maintain and support the use of PMO software and tools.

Qualifications

• You have at least 10 years’ experience in a PM or PMO position in an international and technically demanding environment.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Project or another project management tool.
• You have a good knowledge of Power BI or another reporting tool.
• You have solid experience in risk management, project planning & scheduling, project financial monitoring.
• You are fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
• Up to 2 days of working from home are allowed.
