Thales in Belgium is seeking a Senior Bid Manager for Tubize to lead bid processes, analyse requirements, and craft compelling responses in coordination with stakeholders across the business. You will drive pricing, risk assessment, and project baselining while ensuring a smooth transition to the project team.

The role requires strong bid management expertise in a high-tech environment, cross-functional leadership, and a customer-focused approach, with fluency in French, Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the bid, following the internal process.
• Analyse the bid and prepare the Bid Plan.
• Provide the best winning response to customer requirements.
• Contribute to negotiations with customers, main partners and suppliers.
• Build, challenge and validate bid contents based on stakeholders’ inputs.
• Assess risks and opportunities and define mitigation approaches.
• Be accountable for bid pricing and costs to secure the deal.
• Define the initial project baseline, milestones and consolidate costs.
• Manage a network of partners and maintain customer request database.
• Ensure successful transition to the project team and launch.
