Thales in Tubize, Belgium is looking for an Integrated Logistics Support Manager to manage the delivery of initial support services. You will lead the team in providing training, tools, and documentation to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, has experience in the Defence sector, and is fluent in French and/or Dutch and English. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent university degree, with experience in support and maintenance services.
• Experience in the Defence sector is an asset.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, and in English.

Integrated Logistics Support Manager – Tubize site

At Thales in Belgium, you will join a team of over 250 colleagues recognized for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

Your mission

• Manage the delivery of the initial support services work package including special tools, documentation, training design, training scheduling, …
• Organise, manage and measure performance of subcontractor’s contribution to initial support services
• Organise review by customer of initial support services deliverables
• Schedule and monitor training sessions with customer representatives
• Assess customer satisfaction related to documentation and training
• Prepare transition to full operational services

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent University degree, with experience in support and maintenance services.
• ILs Experience in the Defence sector is an asset.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, and in English.
