NP Group seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex, time-critical technology transformation within the banking sector. The role requires coordinating interdependent business and technology workstreams and delivering across multiple internal teams and external partners.

You will own the integrated programme delivery plan, establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely, successful delivery across functional domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology programme/project leadership.
• Large-scale technology transformation experience.
• Complex multi-team and multi-partner delivery.
• Strong programme governance and RAID management.
• Budget and financial management.
• Banking, payments, capital markets or broader financial-services experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the integrated programme delivery plan and key milestones.
• Establish programme governance and executive reporting.
• Coordinate multiple business and technology workstreams.
• Manage delivery partners and senior client stakeholders.
• Own scope, budget, capacity and change management.
• Manage programme risks, issues and dependencies.
• Identify delivery challenges and lead recovery actions.
• Drive transparent escalation and decision-making.
• Coordinate release readiness, transition and handover.
• Work closely with senior Business, Technology, Risk and Operations stakeholders.
