onetowin data services is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic Network Transformation program. The role requires steering cross-functional initiatives across the Network and Commercial domains, managing dependencies, and delivering network migrations and legacy shutdown efforts from initiation to closure.

You will navigate a matrix organization, govern budgets and risks, and report to leadership with clear executive updates.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in project and program management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple domains.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organization.
• Experience with agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or similar certifications are assets.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex strategic programs from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Manage program planning, milestones, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Network, Commercial, Engineering and Business teams.
• Facilitate steering committees and drive decision-making processes.
• Ensure timely program execution and delivery of business value.
• Manage escalations and remove blockers impacting delivery.
• Build strong collaboration between technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Partner closely with internal leadership and external strategic partners.
• Drive visibility through clear reporting and executive communication.
• Contribute to improving delivery governance and program management practices.
