NP Group is seeking an experienced Banking Delivery / Program Manager to lead delivery across multiple banking accounts. The onsite leader will oversee project execution, stakeholder engagement, and multi-team coordination across different customer locations.

The role requires strong banking delivery, program management and Agile/Scrum experience, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Fluency in English and French is expected; travel across multiple cities is involved.

Qualifications

Proven experience in banking delivery, program management, or large-scale project leadership.
Strong planning, time management, risk management, and scope control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Understanding of financial services, technology transformation, and business operations.
Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum.

Responsabilités

Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs and projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality expectations are met.
Guide cross-functional delivery teams, supporting productivity, motivation, and alignment - often within Agile/Scrum environments.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and senior management. Provide clear communication and regular status updates.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving cross-team issues to ensure smooth delivery.
Promote continuous improvement and implement best practices to drive operational efficiency and quality.
Manage and track project budgets, estimates, and financial reporting.
