Projective Group Talent is seeking a delivery-focused professional to support strategic projects within a leading bank. You will build practical project management experience while working in central strategy, turning priorities into concrete delivery plans.

You will join the central Strategy Office, helping to shape change and align initiatives with organizational goals. A Master’s degree and 1–5 years in project delivery are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–5 years of experience in project delivery, project management or a related role.
• Ability to organise work, follow up actions and keep delivery on track.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Structured thinking with a practical, solution-focused mindset.
• Take ownership while collaborating with colleagues and project teams.
• Motivation to drive strategic change in banking.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of strategic projects across the bank.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans and actions.
• Coordinate activities, milestones and follow-up across project teams.
• Monitor progress, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Prepare concise project updates and decision-making materials.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout delivery.
• Contribute to a structured, collaborative and improvement-focused way of working.
