NP Group is seeking an experienced .NET Solution Architect / Technical Lead to support a major technology transformation within financial services. The role combines end-to-end solution architecture with hands-on .NET technical leadership.

Responsibilities include leading design across applications, APIs and integrations, defining standards for API gateways, security, and non-functional aspects, and guiding engineering teams while resolving cross-team dependencies.

Qualifications

• Strong C#/.NET/.NET Core background with hands-on architecture influence.
• Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in complex environments.
• Knowledge of event-driven patterns and Kafka messaging.
• Familiarity with API gateways and integration patterns.
• Proficient in SQL and data integration concepts.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in modern DevOps stacks.
• Understanding of security and non-functional architecture requirements.

Responsabilités

• Define practical end-to-end solution architecture.
• Lead technical design across applications, APIs and integrations.
• Define API, integration, security and non-functional standards.
• Guide engineering teams and review detailed technical designs.
• Resolve cross-team architecture and integration dependencies.
• Ensure scalability, resilience, observability and operational readiness.
• Support modernisation and integration between modern and legacy platforms.
• Communicate technical decisions to engineering and business stakeholders.
