NP Group seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex, time-critical technology transformation within the banking sector. The role requires coordinating interdependent business and technology workstreams and delivering across multiple internal teams and external partners.

You will own the integrated programme delivery plan, establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely, successful delivery across functional domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology programme/project leadership.
• Large-scale technology transformation experience.
• Complex multi-team and multi-partner delivery.
• Strong programme governance and RAID management.
• Budget and financial management.
• Banking, payments, capital markets or broader financial-services experience strongly preferred.

Program Manager – Banking Technology Transformation

Experience: 10–14+ years

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex, time-critical technology transformation for a leading financial-services organisation.

You will coordinate several interdependent business and technology workstreams and ensure successful delivery across multiple internal teams and external partners.
