Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Project Leader in Geel, Belgium. The Geel site is the largest chemical production site for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients within the JnJ supply chain.

Your work will drive API process equipment projects from inception to completion, with strong emphasis on safety, quality and compliance. You will collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and apply risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 9+ years leading complex capital projects in chemical/pharma manufacturing.
• Master's degree or equivalent; Engineering or Science preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsabilités

• Provides project and program leadership for API process equipment across stages from inception to completion.
• Aligns project sponsor and core/extended teams to achieve objectives.
• Prepares project intake, scoping, business case, and options for approval.
• Facilitates planning, tracking, and reporting of key deliverables.
• Oversees finances: budget allocation and expense management.
• Uses risk management to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Leads project close-out, handover, archiving and lessons learned.
