Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Staff Project Engineer E&I in Geel, Belgium. The Geel site is the largest chemical production site for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) within the JnJ supply chain.

This role focuses on delivering electrical and instrumentation projects with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and collaboration across internal and external partners. A master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or science.
• Experience in electricity (LV), instrumentation, ATEX and qualification is desirable but can be compensated by eagerness to learn.
• Strong soft skills and ability to communicate across different levels of the organization.
• Safety and quality awareness is essential.

Responsabilités

• Act as project lead or core-team member for E&I scope projects, driving successful project delivery.
• Ensure that our systems are compliant and fit for the intended use, enabling smooth release for operational use.
• Establish effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
