Job summary

EPSA is seeking a Business & Project Analyst to drive digital transformation by adopting AI, automation, and innovative technologies. You will translate business needs into practical IT solutions, improving operational efficiency and supporting decision-making across the organization.

You will bridge business objectives with technical teams, promote AI solutions, and help prepare the organization for future challenges while contributing to a smarter, technology-driven energy ecosystem.

Qualifications

Minimum 14 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
Proven experience implementing AI solutions and automation in large orgs.
Experience in regulated or complex environments is a strong asset.
Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent field.
Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency via AI and automation.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear specs.
Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
Advocate for AI adoption and automation across the org.
Evaluate business value of AI/use-case proposals.
Support design and implementation of tech solutions aligned with business goals.
Coordinate cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Ensure on-time delivery while aligning with business expectations.
Provide change management support and user guidance to maximize adoption.
Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
