Job summary

EPSA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead digital transformation initiatives across asset-intensive operations. You will analyze and redesign processes, model requirements, and translate business needs for IT delivery teams. You will drive stakeholder alignment, support UAT, and contribute to change management across international teams.

The role focuses on operational planning, automation, health and safety improvements, and SAP-based process enhancements in a global context.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven experience in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge existing practices.
Experience working in complex stakeholder environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsibilities

Analyze, model, and optimize business processes.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities.
Gather, challenge, and document business requirements using Epics and User Stories.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for IT teams.
Develop business information and process models.
Act as the liaison between business users and IT delivery teams.
Validate requirements, functional analyses, and solution designs.
Support testing activities, including UAT and release validation.
Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making.
Contribute to change management activities, including user training and communication.
Provide post-implementation support and guidance to business users.
Promote process harmonization across departments and international teams.
