Ariad is seeking a Business Analyst for a client in the energy sector to drive digital transformation initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand challenges, translate ideas into actionable initiatives and support the adoption of new tools and processes.

You will facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and help shape transformation roadmaps, prioritising AI-enabled opportunities that create measurable business value, with hybrid work options in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in digital transformation projects.
• Ability to gather requirements via workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of process modelling, requirements engineering and transformation methodologies.
• English fluency and at least one Belgian national language.
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics or CS.
• Experience in energy sector is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Analyse current processes, org structures and operational challenges to set a transformation baseline.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs.
• Help define future-state visions and transformation roadmaps.
• Identify AI and digital opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
• Translate requirements into actionable deliverables for IT teams.
• Support adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working.
• Create presentations and documentation for management and stakeholders.
