Job summary

A leading energy sector client seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives within the Assets Department. You will analyse, model, and optimise business processes to boost efficiency, safety, and reliability of operations.

As a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, you will gather requirements, translate them into epics and user stories, validate analyses, and contribute to change management and user training across SAP PM-driven workflows.

Qualifications

Experience bridging business and IT in transformation projects.
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Experience in infrastructure, utilities, energy, or asset-intensive industries is highly valued.
Ability to translate needs into epics and user stories.

Responsibilities

Analyse, model, and optimise business processes.
Gather requirements and translate them into epics, user stories, and business requirements.
Coordinate between business and IT teams to validate requirements.
Test and validate application releases after go-live.
