HumanInTech seeks an experienced agile transformation lead to guide a large-scale program within a Belgian public-sector IT department. The role spans maturity assessment, strategy, operating model design and governance, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

You will coach a team of agile coaches, collaborate with management and stakeholders, and deliver a prioritized roadmap with clear milestones for short, medium and long term.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Agile and Lean with extensive transformation experience.
• Expert-level coaching and mentoring of IT teams, coaches and management.
• Expert-level change management in organisational and tech transformations.
• Expert facilitation techniques for teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile governance and IT decision-making.
• Experience conducting agile maturity assessments at multiple levels.
• Experience with metrics, KPIs, OKRs and maturity indicators.
• Experience with organisational design and scaling in IT.

Responsabilités

• Lead a large-scale agile transformation across six IT domains within a public sector context.
• Develop maturity assessments and a prioritized action plan with concrete milestones.
• Translate digital strategy into a concrete transformation roadmap with objectives.
• Design a future operating model and governance framework for IT.
• Define KPIs, metrics and an OKR/KPI framework to measure progress.
• Coach and mentor the agile coaching team and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and drive adoption of new practices.
