Adjugo is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to drive the next phase of its digital and Agile transformation within the EITS IT department. You will conduct maturity assessments, translate strategy into a structured roadmap, and design an operating model and governance framework for sustainable change.

You will coach and mentor teams, strengthen stakeholder management, and ensure alignment across teams, governance and strategic objectives, using KPIs and OKRs to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Agile transformations in large, complex organisations.
• Proven coaching and mentoring of IT teams and Agile Coaches.
• Expertise in Agile governance, leadership and decision-making.

Arrangements: Full-time, hybrid; part-time remote working is possible

You will play a key role in the further evolution of the Agile Way of Working within EITS and the IT department. You will conduct maturity assessments, analyze current ways of working and IT governance, and identify strengths, gaps and risks. Using external expertise, best practices and proven Agile principles, you will challenge existing practices and translate findings into prioritized improvements. This creates a concrete foundation for the next phase of the digital and Agile transformation.

You will translate the digital strategy into a supported transformation roadmap with clear objectives, milestones, dependencies and priorities. Together with management, Agile Coaches and relevant stakeholders, you will design a future-oriented operating model and a workable Agile governance framework. You will help clarify roles, responsibilities and decision rights while safeguarding alignment between teams, management, portfolio, governance and strategic objectives. KPIs, OKRs, metrics and maturity indicators will make progress, impact and value measurable.

Coaching and sustainable knowledge transfer are major parts of the assignment. You will coach and mentor the Agile Coaching Team on complex organizational change and strengthen competencies in stakeholder management, management coaching, change management, systems thinking and Agile transformation. At the same time, you will guide and challenge IT management on Agile leadership and the transition toward greater autonomy, transparency and continuous improvement. Workshops, practical coaching techniques and structural knowledge transfer will ensure that expertise remains sustainably embedded within the organization.
