Austin Bright in Brussels is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing services company in the healthcare sector. The role covers full accounting across multiple entities, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes in a collaborative, professional environment.

You will handle day-to-day accounting, VAT returns, bank reconciliations, and contribute to dashboards for management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full accounting scope, both general and analytical, across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial data.
• Record and follow up on day-to-day transactions (purchase and sales invoices, financial operations, and various accounting entries).
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring full compliance with Belgian tax regulations.
• Actively participate in monthly and annual closings, including period-end entries and cut-off operations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper monitoring of customer and supplier balances.
• Carry out account reconciliations and ensure consistency of accounting records.
• Contribute to financial reporting and the preparation of dashboards for management.
• Participate in the continuous improvement and optimisation of accounting processes and internal tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and, when necessary, with external partners (accounting firms, auditors, etc.).
