Qualifications

• Draagt een diploma in Accounting/Finance of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
• Vloeiend Frans en Nederlands; Engels is een plus.
• Sterke end-to-end boekhoudenservaring en zelfstandige entiteitbeheer.
• Goede kennis van btw, Intrastat en wettelijke verplichtingen.
• Gesegmenteerde, nauwkeurige aanpak en multitasking-capaciteit.
• Ambitie, nieuwsgierigheid en bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid uit te breiden.

Responsabilités

• Beheer de volledige boekhoudcyclus voor meerdere entiteiten.
• Verwerk dagelijkse boekhoudkundige transacties, inkoopfacturen, bankmutaties, betalingen en journaalboeken.
• Bereid maand- en jaarafsluitingen, reserves en analyses voor.
• Zorg voor tijdige btw-, Intrastat- en wettelijke rapportages.
• Ondersteun jaarrekening en auditactiviteiten samen met de Chief Accountant.
• Draag bij aan procesverbeteringen en ad hoc finance-projecten.

As part of the finance team, you will take ownership of several legal entities across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, with the opportunity to gradually expand your responsibilities and make a visible impact on the organization's future.

Senior Accountant in the Brabant Wallon

• Manage the full accounting cycle for several entities across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
• Handle daily accounting operations, including purchase invoices, bank transactions, payments, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly and year-end closings, provisions, accruals, and supporting financial analyses.
• Ensure timely VAT, Intrastat, and statutory reporting obligations are met.
• Prepare annual accounts and support audit activities in collaboration with the Chief Accountant.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and support ad hoc finance projects.

Profiel

• Holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• Speaks fluent French and Dutch ; English is a great asset.
• Has solid end-to-end accounting experience and is comfortable managing entities autonomously.
• Has a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, VAT, and statutory obligations.
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrates ambition, curiosity, and a willingness to take on increasing responsibilities over time.
• Thrives in a pragmatic, hands-on, and collaborative environment where initiative is valued.
