Job summary

Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking an experienced Account Manager from the security industry to grow our Belgium market. You will develop long-term client relationships, identify opportunities, and position advanced security and ICT solutions in your market segment.

In this role you will collaborate with engineering, operations, back office and marketing teams to deliver value, drive order intake and achieve commercial targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar Account Manager / Sales role.
• Strong understanding of Security and ICT technologies.
• Ability to explain technical solutions and demonstrate value.
• Strong commercial drive and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your customer portfolio through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.
• Drive order intake and achieve commercial targets in line with Securitas Technology’s vision.
• Promote and sell solutions such as video surveillance, access control, intrusion systems, ICT infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, and more.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions with internal experts.
• Identify new market segments and support lead generation initiatives.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Back Office, Marketing) to deliver strong results.
