Job summary

Securitas Technology in Belgium seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to manage existing clients, upsell and cross-sell security technology solutions. You will lead the full sales cycle, build strategic plans, and drive revenue while aligning with customer needs and budgets.

You will collaborate with technical consultants and project teams to ensure successful deployments across Belgium, reporting to the Sales Manager from our Diegem HQ and traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required or equivalent via sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years in consultative B2B sales, preferably in tech/services.
• Strong understanding of ICT/security tech and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with existing clients.
• Generate revenue via up-selling and cross-selling within accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and service teams to ensure smooth implementation.
