Qualifications

• Experience providing day-to-day project administration and project support.
• Proven ability to support baselining, planning, and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with project metrics, KPIs, and progress reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day project administration and project support, focused on NSIP projects.
• Assist in project planning activities and time approvals during execution.
• Process purchase requests and support financial administration.
• Review project plans and baselines, ensuring proper management and baselining.
• Support project managers in planning, control, and BI tool usage.
• Identify deviations from plans and escalate risks, costs, milestones and resources.
• Assist in data analysis for project metrics and KPI reviews.
• Support resource leveling and provide information for personnel management.
• Perform other duties in project administration, planning and reporting.
