EMW is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager to lead NSIP procurement projects and cyber security initiatives for the NCI Agency in Belgium. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and deliver milestones while maintaining NATO security standards.

The role requires NATO SECRET clearance, a technical degree and extensive PM experience in defence or cyber sectors, plus proficiency with MS Project and Power BI. On-site work in Braine-l'Alleud with some travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific or engineering discipline (e.g. computer science/engineering, information systems, physics, electronics).
• 3+ years post-related experience; or 10+ years in lieu of degree for exceptional candidates.
• Recent experience as a Project Manager delivering C4ISR or cyber/security initiatives in defense.
• 2+ years direct NATO/Ministry of Defense experience delivering military, CIS, or IT capabilities.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage NSIP projects and major cyber security procurement initiatives.
• Plan, request and allocate resources to meet milestones; initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Define, execute and ensure completion of projects; prepare proposals and contribute to source selections.
• Review project approaches with Portfolio Manager and align with agency processes.
• Monitor progress and risks; ensure budget and timelines are met.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership and NATO committees.
