EMW, based in Belgium, seeks a Technical Assistant (NaaS) to coordinate and monitor technical projects on-site in Braine-l'Alleud. You will manage plans, trackers and governance artifacts, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met, with close collaboration across technical teams and stakeholders.

The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of project coordination experience, and an active NATO SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• NATO SECRET security clearance currently active.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years in roles like Project Coordinator/PMO/Project Assistant supporting delivery of projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams within a complex org.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, risk registers and documentation.
• PRINCE2/PMP/Agile/Scrum certifications would be an asset.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects with milestone tracking.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, management and stakeholders with effective communication.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, trackers and risk/issue registers.
• Monitor progress against plans, identify delays, risks and issues.
• Prepare regular management/status reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Organize governance activities, agendas, participants and action tracking.
• Act as central coordination point for project information and communication with suppliers.
• Support resource workload planning and visibility of priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting, communication and delivery.
