EMW, Inc. in Mons, Belgium is seeking a Project Manager to ensure delivery of complex projects within scope, time, cost and quality tolerances.

The role requires active NATO SECRET clearance and a Bachelor’s degree with several years of project management experience in international contexts. You will develop detailed plans, coordinate resources, manage procurement strategy and communicate with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline plus 3 years post-related experience, or 6 years equivalent experience.
• Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2 or PMI PMP) required.
• Recent 5+ years in project management for large, international organizations.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and relevant international standards.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and budgets; proactive and resilient.
• Extensive experience with PM tools and Agile/ITIL practices.
• Experience with ICT procurement processes and supplier management.
• Ability to communicate with senior management and large groups.

Responsabilités

• Deliver projects within scope, time, cost and quality tolerances.
• Develop and maintain project/resource plans and stage plans.
• Identify, plan and manage resource deployment to meet milestones.
• Understand client requirements, collect data, analyze and resolve issues.
• Develop procurement strategy and business case for sponsor funding.
• Monitor project financials and adhere to procure-to-pay processes.
• Execute QA functions for successful capability delivery.
• Support reporting to NCIA leadership and service center.
• Engage internal/external stakeholders and build support networks.
• May deputize for higher grade staff as required.
• Carry out additional duties as needed.
