EMW is seeking a Project Support Officer to join our Belgium-based program. The role involves maintaining master project plans, tracking budgets, and coordinating site access with NATO-related security clearances.

You will support governance through dashboards and concise reporting, and ensure documents are properly versioned and accessible to the team. Ideal candidates have NATO SECRET clearance, strong scheduling skills (MS Project/ServiceNow), advanced Excel abilities, and proficient MS 365

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.

Responsabilités

• Plan and maintain master project plan; update weekly from workstream leads; flag risks.
• Prepare look‑ahead schedules, Gantt charts, milestones for board meetings.
• Manage RAID log, Risk/Issue/Decision/Quality registers; track changes.
• Develop and maintain project filing structure and version control.
• Track expenditure, process POs and invoices; manage cost trackers.
• Coordinate site access, logistics, and security clearances for visits.
• Draft reports, book meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Support governance with dashboards and status updates.
