EMW in Belgium is seeking a Project Support Officer for the CoreComms NSIP project. The role focuses on day-to-day project administration, planning support, time approvals, financial administration, and KPI analysis, with a NATO SECRET clearance required.

The position is on-site in Braine-l'Alleud, with travel to NATO sites possible and 100% on-site presence. Required start 15 October 2026; end date 31 December 2026; deadline 9 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
• 2+ years in project administration or project support within multi-project environments.
• Experience with baselining, time approvals, and planning updates.
• Strong finance and purchasing support experience.
• Familiarity with P3M principles and project management methods.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day project administration and project support for NSIP projects.
• Support project planning activities and time approvals during execution.
• Provide financial administration support, including processing purchase requests.
• Review project plans and cost estimates, ensuring baselines are properly managed.
• Assist in KPI analysis, metrics, and internal/external reviews.
• Support resource leveling and information needs for managers.
