Job summary

Smals is seeking a Second Line Support Engineer to manage and secure workstations and mobile devices, ensuring a stable Microsoft 365 environment. You will work closely with Security, IAM, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar IT support or management role.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain devices via Microsoft Intune.
• Manage configuration profiles, applications, and updates through Windows Autopilot.
• Analyze and resolve second-line incidents related to Windows, Microsoft 365, network, VPN, and MFA.
• Monitor alerts in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and contribute to remediation actions.
• Document solutions, perform Root Cause Analyses, and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with Security, IAM, and IT teams to continuously improve the digital work environment.
