Job summary

Smals is seeking a Second Line Support Engineer to manage and secure workstations and mobile devices, ensuring a stable Microsoft 365 environment. You will work closely with Security, IAM, and IT teams.

Configure, deploy, and maintain devices via Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot; analyze and resolve incidents related to Windows, Microsoft 365, network, VPN and MFA. This role offers extensive telework, training opportunities, and benefits like hospital insurance, pension plan, meal

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 2 years in a similar IT support or management role.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
Experience with Defender for Endpoint and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

Configure, deploy, and maintain devices via Microsoft Intune.
Manage configuration profiles, applications, and updates through Windows Autopilot.
Analyze and resolve second-line incidents related to Windows, Microsoft 365, network, VPN, and MFA.
Monitor alerts in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and contribute to remediation actions.
Document solutions, perform Root Cause Analyses, and ensure compliance with security policies.
Collaborate with Security, IAM, and IT teams to continuously improve the digital work environment.
