Jobtailor in Belgium is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to provide advanced technical assistance to internal users and diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues.

You will contribute to improving support processes and documentation, collaborate with IT teams to enhance the user experience, and manage tickets to ensure strict SLA compliance.

Fluent French and Dutch communication will be essential in a bilingual work environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a corporate IT support environment.
• Proven experience analysing, resolving and improving IT issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, SCCM.
• Networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, EasyVista, Topdesk or equivalent).
• Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good understanding of technical English.
