Alistar is seeking a Second-Line Support Engineer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in Belgium. You will tackle complex issues beyond first-line support, guiding customers from initial analysis to resolution.

You’ll analyze requests, set priorities, and maintain meticulous case tracking while communicating clearly with clients. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, Dutch and English fluency, and a willingness to occasionally visit customer sites.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; basic French is a plus.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or customer service.
• Experience with ticketing and time-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle second-line support requests and complex incidents for Business Central.
• Analyze incoming requests and determine priority with the team.
• Carefully track cases from intake to resolution and communicate progress to customers.
• Gather information during intake interviews to create accurate tickets.
• Visit customers from time to time to understand their operations and challenges.
