Job summary

Robert Half is seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for the Antwerp region. The role supports an ERP transformation across European entities, migrating from Dynamics NAV to BC and delivering scalable, standardized solutions for finance and supply chain.

You will map business needs to BC functionality, document requirements, lead workshops, and coordinate testing with IT and business users across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant.
• At least 3 years hands-on with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong experience in finance and supply chain processes.
• Fluent in French and English; able to lead workshops and testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and translate needs to Business Central solutions.
• Gather and document requirements across finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and supply chain.
• Perform fit-gap analyses and align requirements with standard BC functionalities.
• Configure and validate BC solutions, including setup and master data support.
• Prepare functional docs, process flows, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.
• Support data migration, go-live activities, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Contribute to ERP standardization and continuous process improvement across entities.
• Travel regularly to France to collaborate with local stakeholders.
