ERPrecruit Limited seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Finance and Supply Chain in Belgium.

You will translate business needs, gather requirements, design, configure, test, migrate data, train users and provide production support with French and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as ERP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• At least three years hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
• Experience across Finance and Supply Chain processes.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP/AR, VAT and intercompany processes.
• Ability to work in Belgium; fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse and document requirements from finance, procurement, sales, inventory, warehouse and operations.
• Review and optimise Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments to map requirements to standard BC functionality.
• Configure and validate Finance modules: GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, cash management, VAT and intercompany.
• Configure and validate Supply Chain: buying, selling, inventory, warehousing, planning and costing.
• Produce functional specs, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure solutions align with global templates and French localisation rules.
• Lead testing, data migration, cutover, go-live and post-launch support.
• Support integrations, reporting, master data and Power BI / Power Platform.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and propose automation opportunities.
• Create user documentation and deliver training in French and English.

A trusted client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the delivery and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across its Finance and Supply Chain functions.

You will connect business stakeholders in Belgium with global technical teams, translating business needs into practical system solutions. Your responsibilities will span requirements gathering, process analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, data migration, user training and production support.

Candidates must be based in Belgium, have the legal right to work in Belgium and be fully fluent in French and English.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document requirements from Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse and Operations teams.
• Review and improve Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes, alongside inventory, warehousing, planning and product costing.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments to determine how business requirements can be met through standard Business Central functionality.
• Configure and validate Finance functionality, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, dimensions, posting groups, VAT and intercompany processes.
• Configure and validate Supply Chain functionality, including purchasing, sales, inventory, item tracking, warehouse management, planning, assembly or light manufacturing, and costing.
• Produce functional specifications, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria, supported by clear recommendations for process improvement.
• Ensure solutions follow global templates, governance standards and applicable French localisation requirements.
• Lead testing and defect resolution, and support data migration, reconciliation, cutover, go-live and post-launch support.
• Support integrations, reporting, master data and data quality, including connected Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform solutions.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, prioritise enhancements and recommend opportunities for automation.
• Create user documentation and deliver training in French and English.
• Undertake other duties as required.

Essential experience and skills:

• At least five years’ experience as an ERP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• At least three years of recent, hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience. Experience with legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV alone does not meet this requirement.
• Proven implementation and production-support experience across both Business Central Finance and Supply Chain.
• Strong functional knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, cash management, dimensions, posting groups, VAT, budgeting and intercompany processes.
• Strong functional knowledge of purchasing, sales, inventory, item tracking, warehouse management, planning, costing, and assembly or light manufacturing.
• A thorough understanding of Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, inventory management and product costing.
• Experience supporting Business Central in multi‑company, multi‑currency and international environments.
• Working knowledge of Business Central integrations, APIs, OData, Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, workshop facilitation, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Residence in Belgium and legal authorisation to work in Belgium.

Desirable experience and qualifications:

• Experience with French localisation requirements in Business Central.
• A background in manufacturing, distribution, building materials or a related industrial sector.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification.
