Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior Scrum Master to coach both business and IT teams toward greater autonomy. You will support multi-team Scrum delivery, build trust, and embed continuous improvement in new teams.

You will facilitate events, remove blockers, assist Product Owners, and connect stakeholders. Expect occasional travel to other sites while shaping agile practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Five years of Agile project delivery using Scrum values and principles.
• Two years of coaching and supporting junior Scrum Masters.
• Experience coaching mixed business and IT teams and facilitating group dynamics.
• Experience facilitating online workshops and delivering Scrum or coaching training.
• Experience with Large Scale Scrum (multi-team Scrum) and Agile tools.
• Ability to handle resistance from Product Owners.
• Ability to coach systematically at organisational level.
• Experience improving team dynamics and embedding continuous improvement in new teams.
• A relevant coaching certificate.
• Dutch, C2.
