Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior Scrum Master to coach a cross-functional software delivery team in Brussels. You will support Scrum practices, remove obstacles and coordinate features with dependencies beyond the team.

You will facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives; coach self-organisation; protect the team from distractions; support the Product Owner with backlog management; track velocity and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least six years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodology and techniques, including Kanban.
• Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools.
• Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling.
• Sound knowledge of software development and project management methodologies.
• Empathetic coaching, clear communication and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to guide stakeholders on effective interactions with the team.
• Willingness to contribute across disciplines to reach the sprint goal.
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Dutch (B2).
• French (B2).
• English (C1).
