Rhox in Brussels is seeking a senior Scrum Master to lead an Agile transformation across non-IT squads as a servant leader, coaching teams and removing impediments.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach on Scrum roles and values, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in a complex corporate environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years' Scrum Master experience in transformation contexts.
• Experience coaching teams and embedding Agile values and mindset.
• Experience improving processes in complex corporate environments.
• Experience in marketing and communications environments.
• Experience in Agile transformations outside IT.
• Strong analytical, critical and conceptual thinking with a results-focused approach.
• Clear communication and presentation skills; ability to motivate and influence people.
• Organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• French, Dutch and English, all at C1.
