Job summary

DWI Consulting is seeking a Senior Agile Scrum Master to support a project team within a Scrum/Agile environment in Belgium. The role focuses on applying agile methodologies, coaching the team, removing impediments, and protecting the team from distractions.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach on agile principles, manage blockers, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience coaching teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience removing blockers and improving team delivery.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent) desirable.
• Financial Services experience desirable.

Role Overview

You will ensure the effective application of Agile methodology, coach the project team and stakeholders, remove impediments, and protect the team from unnecessary distractions.
