Médiane Benelux is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Scrum rollout and Agile adoption within embedded software teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure Agile governance while coordinating with stakeholders and management.

The role requires a strong Scrum background, Jira expertise, and experience guiding Agile transformations in a technical environment. On-site presence is expected, four days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting Agile transformation or organizational change.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in embedded software or complex technical environments is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support teams in identifying and removing impediments.
• Ensure consistent application of Agile principles and governance.
• Monitor delivery indicators and team performance metrics.
• Support backlog management, prioritization and sprint planning.
• Coordinate communication between development teams, product stakeholders and management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices across the organization.

Job Description

Our client, a company operating in the defense sector, is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support the rollout and adoption of Agile ways of working within embedded software development teams.

You will play a key role in facilitating team collaboration, improving delivery practices and helping stakeholders adopt a structured Agile framework.
