Keystone Solutions is seeking a Medior Scrum Master to join a client‑site mission in Brussels. You will facilitate a squad within an established Agile and Jira structure, supporting predictable delivery and healthy practices while growing toward broader team leadership under the guidance of a Senior Scrum Master.

On‑site engagement in Brussels several days a week during ramp‑up, then a minimum of 2 fixed days per week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Scrum Master in software delivery.
• Experience facilitating a squad end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable working within an established Jira structure.
• Good command of Agile/Scrum events and practices.
• Languages: Dutch + English or French + English (hard requirement).

Responsabilités

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Support squad's Agile maturity and leadership growth.
• Monitor delivery flow, velocity, and Definition of Done; maintain Jira boards.
• Maintain Jira boards, sprints and dashboards.
• Coordinate Scrum-of-Scrums and provide reliable reporting.

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Medior Scrum Master to join our consultancy mission at a client site in Brussels. In this role, you will facilitate a squad within an established Agile and Jira structure, supporting predictable delivery, team focus, and healthy Agile practices while growing toward broader team‑leadership responsibilities under the guidance of a Senior Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation — Lead sprint ceremonies, remove impediments, maintain team focus.
• Team Facilitation — Support the squad’s Agile maturity and grow toward steering and leadership.
• Delivery Flow — Monitor progress, flow, and velocity; uphold Definition of Done.
• Jira Execution — Maintain boards, sprints, and dashboards within the existing Jira structure.
• Scrum‑of‑Scrums — Represent the squad, coordinate dependencies, and provide reliable reporting.

Required Skills

• Solid command of Agile/Scrum for a single squad.
• Strong team facilitation with room to grow into leadership.
• Confident working in Jira/Confluence structures.
• Reliable reporting & dashboards.
• Impediment removal and collaboration with Product, architecture, and development.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Scrum Master in software delivery.
